In BQE CORE, the cost for any time entry, including unpaid billable overtime, is based on CORE configuration. From a Revenue Recognition standpoint, if time is entered, a cost is assigned. Whether revenue is recognized depends on the billable status and applicable project assignment rules. CORE does not automatically account for standard hour thresholds.
