You can write off individual time entries from the main Time Entries screen. However, you can use the Write-Off option in the Batch Invoice > Time & Expense Details in the Invoices screen to mark multiple time and expense entries as written off in a single action.
Note: The Write-Off option for time and expense entries is only available when Revenue Recognition is enabled in Settings. If Revenue Recognition is disabled, the write-off flag is hidden.
