In some cases, the CORE help window accessed via BQE CORE Resource Center in app does not load when using the Mozilla Firefox browser.
This can happen due to the Mozilla Firefox browser's security settings. If Enhanced Tracking Protection is set to Strict, it can block third-party content required to display the help window.
To fix this issue, follow these steps:
- In Mozilla Firefox, go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
- Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, select Standard.
- Refresh the BQE CORE application page. The help window should open as expected.
Note: This issue does not occur in other supported browsers like Google Chrome, Edge, or Safari.
