No, BQE CORE does not send automatic notifications to employees when a journal or employee incident is added to their profile. These records are maintained under the employee’s record in the Human Resources > Journals or Human Resources > Incidents screens and are accessible only to users with the appropriate security permissions. By default, employees do not have access to view their journals or incidents unless explicitly granted through Settings > Access & Permissions.. Check CORE help for more details.
