If you need to reset your password via the BQE CORE Mobile apps, open the app (iOS or Android) and tap Forgot on the login screen. Enter your registered email address and tap Continue. CORE will send you a temporary password via email. Use this temporary password to log in, then follow the prompts to create a new password. Check CORE help for more details.
