Overview
The Assign Subscriptions screen allows you to allocate available subscription seats (licenses) to active users in your BQE CORE company. You can assign subscriptions individually or use the bulk Assign All option when enough seats are available. This ensures that users have access to features included in their assigned subscription packages. The number of available subscriptions is displayed to help you manage your subscriptions effectively.

Field Descriptions

| Package Name | Displays the name of the subscription package available in your CORE account. Each package includes access to specific CORE features and screens based on your plan. |
| Subscription Purchased | Indicates the total number of subscriptions purchased for the selected package. This helps you monitor overall license availability. |
| Subscription Used | Shows the number of subscriptions currently assigned to users. This count updates automatically as users are added or removed. |
| Subscription Remaining | Displays the number of available subscriptions that are not yet assigned. It is calculated by subtracting the used subscriptions from the total purchased (Subscription Purchased - Subscription Used). |
| Plan | Displays the billing plan (such as Annual) associated with the subscription package. |
| Expiration Date | Displays the date when the current subscription package expires. |
Assign Subscriptions to Users
To assign a subscription to a user, follow these steps:
- Open the Assign Subscriptions screen from the side menu > Settings > Company.
- In the list view, select a package on the grid and click
to select Assign.
- On the Assign dialog, check the number of available subscriptions at the top and then select the Assign option accordingly.
- If you have enough subscriptions, you can click Action > Assign All.
- Click Update.
