Project List Column Conditional Formatting

With conditional formatting, you can apply formatting rules to the columns in your Projects list view.

In CORE, conditional formatting uses four colors—red, orange, yellow, and green to represent different levels of performance or status for various project metrics. These colors provide an easy-to-read visual indicator that helps you quickly identify whether a project is performing well or needs attention.

  • Green: Indicates optimal or excellent performance. The value or metric is meeting or exceeding expectations.
Yellow: Indicates caution or a warning. The metric is approaching a threshold and might need attention but isn't critical yet.
Orange: Represents a more serious concern or an area requiring attention. It is often a warning that the metric is near a critical level.
Red: Indicates poor performance or that the metric has fallen below an acceptable threshold. Immediate attention or action is required.

CORE comes with default threshold values for each metric, which are designed to provide a starting point for tracking project performance. However, these values can be customized to fit your specific needs or requirements. You can easily adjust the thresholds as needed to align with your project's unique goals and performance expectations.
