Login Security

Overview

These settings in BQE CORE allow you to set the default rules about login along with other security related preferences, such as 2FA. These settings are applicable company wide.

Set Two-Factor Authentication

For an additional layer of security, you can enforce two-factor authentication (2FA) for users logging into your CORE company. This allows CORE admins to apply a uniform 2FA policy for CORE users throughout the company. 2FA ensures that unauthorized people cannot log into CORE and access your company data.

To enable or disable 2FA settings for your company:

  1. Open the Settings screen from the side menu > Settings.
  2. Click Access & Permissions > Login Security.
  3. On the Access & Permissions screen, click the toggle to enable Two-Factor Authentication for CORE users throughout the company. It is disabled by default.

    • Admin
    • Standard
  5. When you have finished, click Save.

Set Auto Logout

You can set CORE to automatically log out inactive users after a specified time. Do note that these settings are applied to all users company-wide.

To set up auto logout options, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Settings screen from the side menu > Settings.
