The Allow access to other managers' data security setting controls the visibility of KPIs and rolled-up data across Projects list, Structure, and Project Overview screens. When this setting is disabled, and a project includes managers in a hierarchical structure, you will not see any rolled-up data belonging to other managers. Instead, rolled-up KPI values are hidden with ****. The Project Overview screen hides widgets that rely entirely on restricted data. However, widgets like Team, Assets, Clients, and Invoices remain visible.
