The Visits feature in BQE CORE Mobile uses GPS-backed technology and motion sensors to automatically track your stops, such as visits to job sites or your office. If you stop for more than 5 minutes, it captures your coordinates and allows you to log time entries based on those visits. This helps with location tracking, time management, and enhancing accountability and productivity. Visits cannot be edited, but time entries made from them are editable, and you can even merge multiple visits into a single entry. The feature also syncs automatically with iCloud for continuous tracking.
On the other hand, the Trips feature is designed for automatic mileage tracking, which is especially useful for expense reimbursement and tax purposes. Using Drive Detection Technology, Trips records your driving activity in the background, leveraging the CORE Location and Motion technologies that access GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and cellular hardware to track your movements. After setting up the necessary permissions, Trips runs seamlessly without any intervention, making it an efficient tool for tracking travel-related expenses.
