If some users are experiencing issues when trying to access BQE CORE through federated SSO, you can temporarily allow them to log in using their CORE credentials instead of SSO (OneLogin). After the issues get resolved, you can switch them back to SSO.
To switch the users to CORE credentials, go to Settings > Access & Permissions > Manage Users > User Details and change the Login Provider to BQE CORE. Make sure you save the change. You can switch back to SSO (OneLogin) after the issues are fixed.
In case there is only one admin/owner and no one can access CORE via SSO to switch the users, then you can contact BQE Support for help.
