Issues with client and vendor mappings for Xero integration

After sending records from BQE CORE to Xero, user removed the mappings for some clients and vendors under Mapped Records. On checking the Unmapped Records tab, the user cannot find these unmapped records in the list on Xero side and, therefore, cannot remap them.

Also, when checking vendors under Mapped Records, CORE shows 'Record not found in Xero' even though the vendors were sent successfully and the items show up under Mapped Records.

The first issue happens if the clients and vendors you unmapped did not have invoices or bills associated in Xero, respectively. In such cases, Xero treats these records as contacts only and not as customers (clients) or suppliers (vendors). As a result, when CORE populates the records from Xero under Unmapped Records, it does not consider contacts that are not customers or suppliers. Similarly, when populating vendors from Xero under Mapped Records, CORE does not consider contacts that are not suppliers resulting in a mapping that says 'Record not found in Xero'. These issues get resolved as soon as you associate invoices with the clients and bills with the vendors in Xero and get those invoices and bills into CORE.
