What happens when ePayments transactions are voided?

If you are using BQE ePayments and a transaction is voided before the cutoff time of 9:00 PM EST, it can be canceled along with any associated fees, ensuring no charges are applied to the customer’s account. However, note that processing fees are not refunded for refunds or when an ACH transaction is returned. These fees are retained due to the inherent costs involved in handling these transactions, even if the transaction is later refunded. As a result, the fees are passed along to cover the costs incurred during the processing of the transaction.
