Not all users need to be configured for Federated SSO. BQE CORE users who are not configured in the IDP can continue using their existing CORE username and password to log in.
To keep certain users on the traditional login method, make sure that the Login Provider is set to BQE CORE in Settings > Access & Permissions > Manage Users > User Details.
