A user was configured for Federated SSO and accepted the invitation, but then encountered an error message when trying to log in.
This issue may occur if the user has an active session during the SSO configuration process. To resolve this issue, clear the BQE CORE cookies and then attempt to log in again. This should fix the error and allow a successful login.
Another reason for the error could be that the user’s employee profile is missing the country. To correct this, navigate to Contacts > Employees and select the employee to view its details. In the detail view, ensure the Country field on the General > Details tab matches the Company’s country.
