During the Federated SSO setup call, BQE CORE customers will experience approximately 5-10 minutes of downtime while they are being configured. You can be configured individually or in batches. Be sure to ask all users to log out before the configuration begins.
Note: After CORE user are switched to SSO, they must accept the emailed invitation to access CORE. If they attempt to log in without accepting the invitation, they will receive an error stating that their email does not exist.
