Where can I set the employee target profit?

To set the target profit percentage for an employee in BQE CORE, navigate to Settings > Company > Work Time > Standard Employee Hours. This percentage represents the desired profit margin for each employee and helps determine their ideal bill and cost rates, including for vendors (contract employees).
