Before you log in to your QuickBooks Desktop account, make sure you have QuickBooks Desktop SDK (QBFC 13.0) installed on your PC. The zip folder contains two files: QBFC13_0Installer.exe and QBXMLRP2Installer.exe and it is recommended to install both if they are missing on the computer where the utility is installed.
