How to delete opportunities stages?

You can create a list of stages for your opportunities to indicate the current status of an opportunity or to track the progress of an opportunity, e.g., whether an opportunity is won, lost, in-progress, new or existing in the CORE CRM Opportunity Stages screen (Settings > CRM). New opportunity stages can be created as needed and also deleted (except the system defaults). CORE also maintains a list of Opportunity Type (Lost, Won, and Ongoing) that are assigned to these stages. These types cannot be deleted or changed as they are the default containers for all records.
