Where can I view my support cases?

Our BQE Support Team logs customer support cases internally and there is also a public site where you can check the status of your submitted and open tickets. You can submit a support ticket here and view all your ticket history from your user profile on CORE Help Center under My Support Tickets. In some cases, the support agents report the issue on our JIRA board and share the ticket ID or link with the customers. Check CORE Help Center for details.
