User is unable to see any projects in the Allocation & Forecasting screen in BQE CORE.
This can happen if access management is active for the user for the Allocation & Forecasting screen, but no projects are assigned to the user. You can either remove access management (Settings > Access & Permissions > Manage Access) for the user or assign the projects as required (Projects > Settings > Assignment).
