The Weekly Time Card screen allows you to enter time in a simplified view with minimum data entry. It is the easiest way to enter your time in BQE CORE for an entire weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, or monthly period, and allows you to reuse the commonly performed activities on various projects besides saving entries automatically. If you prefer to enter time one day at a time, use the Daily Time Card instead, accessible from the Top Icon Bar on any CORE screen. Both are ideal for employees to enter their own time.
On the other hand, Time Entries is an spreadsheet-style, advanced screen that allows power users to create and view any range of time entries and can be viewed in multiple ways for multiple purposes. It is ideal for managers and reviewers as it helps them review and approve time.
