BQE CORE supports regional data residency, which means your company’s data is stored in the region selected during account setup and remains within that region. We do not replicate or transfer your data outside of the selected region.
Currently, CORE supports the following data residency regions:
- United States – Washington, D.C. area
- Canada – Montreal area
- Australia – Sydney area
For example, data for US customers is stored within the United States, while Canadian and Australian customers have their data stored within their respective regions.
Please note that local data residency is currently available only for customers in the United States, Canada, and Australia. Customers in other regions (such as the EU) will have their data hosted in one of the supported regions listed above.
