If you do not renew your BQE CORE subscription and no longer have an active CORE account, our policy is to delete customer data after 60 days, unless you make arrangements in advance to extract your company data or request a backup copy of the database. When CORE is the default document storage provider, all documents get deleted after 60 days as per the BQE company policy. We can upload your documents to your cloud storage and your company database (CSV format) to your CRM record for a nominal fee. We do not delete any documents when Google Drive or Dropbox is your storage provider. Your company data file gets deleted after 60 days.
