BQE CORE comes with an in-app integration with QuickBooks Online that allows you to sync your QuickBooks Online data with CORE bi-directionally. For QuickBooks desktop, we do offer a Data Migration Services and a separate sync utility. You can contact your Account Manager at sales@bqe.com for this. Check CORE Help Center for details.
