What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

When you end or cancel your subscription, all your data remains in CORE for 60 days and you will not be able to access that data. However, prior to your cancellation, you can request a CSV backup file of your database for a fee. This written request has to be sent by the company owner to your Sales Account Manager or our Procurement Team by emailing them at procurement@bqe.com. Typically, it takes 1 to 3 working days for the CSV backup data file to be uploaded to the company owner's CRM record and the download link to be sent via a secured email link. It is the owner's responsibility to download the backup file and save it for any future use.
