User has a client who is trying to make an ACH payment via Plaid. However, the user is not able to accept the payment in BQE CORE and gets an error that reads:
'You may need to update your app in order to connect with Chase'.
This is an issue with Plaid, not CORE. Currently, Chase is not included in the list of Plaid's supported institutions. Unfortunately, you must reach out to Plaid for further support.
