Yes, they can. You need to first create a new BQE ePayments account from CORE and connect to it from Settings > ePayments. If you have your financial details ready, it shouldn't take you long before you can start sending invoices to your clients and receiving payments electronically. CORE allows you to choose from multiple credit card or ACH accounts set up in the Settings screen to be used for making online payments. When enabled, your clients can click on the Pay Now button on the invoices and statements, and make a full or partial payment electronically from the ePayments portal.
