User has been trying to run reports from the Reports screen and is ending up with an unresponsive page. User has already checked the Internet connectivity and cleared cache; the reports are still unresponsive.
This might be caused by duplicated fields within the reports. To solve this, you can clear the filters and option from the individual reports you are running. If this does not work, clear all filters from the Reports screen by going to the Actions menu and clicking Reset Filters and Options.
