Expenses showing charge amount but with zero cost

The Expense Entries screen shows some expenses with a charge amount, despite having zero-value Cost Rate and Cost Amount.

This is possible. Some companies charge clients for expenses that are of no cost to the companies. CORE allows you to enter expenses without having cost rates, cost amounts, or markups. Cost Amount can't be entered before entering the Cost Rate value. To correct this issue, update all such entries with a cost rate.
