Time & Expense user unable to access integration

User is trying to give all employees access to the Outlook 365 integration. They have set up all their security profiles to allow for this: Security Permissions > Integrations > Allow Outlook 365 Integration. All employees with Full Access and those with Time & Expense security plus multiple subscription packages are able to access the Outlook 365 integration. However, an employee with the Time & Expense security and Time & Expense subscription is not able to access the Integrations screen. Is this by design?

The Outlook 365 integration is not available for employees with only a Time & Expense subscription. This is by design and that is why your employee cannot access this feature.
