Using Artificial Intelligence (AI), CORE integrates with Google Assistant (virtual personal assistant) and allows you to interact with it via Google Home, Google Home Mini or Google Assistant (app) on various devices such as your smartphone, tablet or computer. This is similar to how you might be using Amazon Alexa, Apple Siri or other Artificial Intelligence assistants. With this integrated technology, you have a new way of accessing CORE and interacting with it via our voice assistant, called CORE Intelligence. This means you, as CORE users, are able to engage in conversation with CORE by talking (voice) or typing (text) to get real-time information from the connected CORE company file about your business, say performance metrics on an employee, profitability of a project, money owed by a client or your to-do list. Connect to CORE Intelligence
Before using CORE Intelligence, you need to link it to your CORE account via the Google Assistant app on your smartphone.
To connect your CORE company to CORE Intelligence:
Tap the Explore icon on the bottom-right for the Android device and on the bottom-left for the iOS device.
Search for CORE Intelligence and select it.
On the right of the Talk to CORE Intelligence logo, tap the icon that takes you to its page in the App Store.
Sign into your CORE account.
Your accounts are linked now. Tap Try It at the top of the page to interact with your Assistant.
Now you can use the Google Assistant-enabled speakers (Google Home or Mini) or devices to activate CORE Intelligence by saying "Talk to CORE Intelligence".
Talk to CORE Intelligence
To start a conversation with your Google Assistant, CORE Intelligence, you need to say or type a phrase like "Okay Google, talk to CORE Intelligence”. This gets CORE Intelligence going. In the background, your speech is converted to text understandable by CORE Intelligence and vice-versa. From this point onward, you are giving it input and CORE Intelligence is responding with an output. This conversation continues as a two-way dialog until your questions are answered or the conversation is finished.
To talk to CORE Intelligence, watch this video or follow these steps:
Open the Google Assistant app on your smartphone.
Activate CORE Intelligence by saying "Okay Google, talk to CORE Intelligence".
It responds accordingly. You can start asking your questions, first within the context of a screen name and then consequently without any context till you want to ask about another screen.

Link CORE Intelligence to a Different Account
To link a different CORE account to CORE Intelligence, you need to unlink your current account first.
To do so:
- Open the Google Assistant app on your smartphone.
- Tap the Explore icon on the bottom-right for the Android device and on the bottom-left for the iOS device.
- Search for CORE Intelligence and select it.
- On the right of the Talk to CORE Intelligence logo, tap the icon that takes you to its page in the App Store.
- Scroll down to Account status and tap Unlink. It resets to Link.
- Tap Link and sign into a different CORE account.
- Your accounts are linked now and you can tap Try It at the top of the page to interact with your Assistant.
