Office 365 Integration

Overview

Core allows you to integrate with Office 365 and connect your Microsoft 365 Outlook/Hotmail/Exchange account with Core. After you have connected to your Office 365 account from the Integrations screen, you can view your Outlook/Hotmail/Exchange calendars in Core. This integration also extends to the Core CRM emails. You can sync email communications with your CRM contacts directly to Core and also use your Office 365 account to send out emails from Core. This integration supports any Microsoft Cloud account that connects with Office 365. It is a real-time connection wherein you can create emails and events in Core and instantly send them to your Office 365 account. You can also get the Office 365 emails and calendar events into Core and edit them, merging the changes back to Office 365. Click to watch this video on integrating with Office 365 Calendar.

Note: This is an individual-level user integration and not a company-level integration. An Office 365 account can be connected with only one Core user to avoid duplication of emails. In other words, multiple users cannot connect to the same Office 365 email account.
