Cannot schedule reports due to security permissions

User is trying to schedule a report, but gets the following error:

Your security settings don't allow you to save a record.

This can happen if your security permissions restrict you from scheduling reports. You should contact your Core Administrator, who can edit your security permissions and allow you to schedule reports. In particular, the security option that controls this is Allow add new under the Reports drop-down in your security profile. Check the Core Help for more on customizing security permissions.
