Can I assign two project managers to a project?

No, you cannot have two managers on a project. However, you can give access to multiple employees to a project so that they can view and assist with the project, similar to what a project manager does. This can be done by updating the security profile for an employee from the company menu > Settings > Security Permissions. Check the Core Help for more information on changing security profiles.
