Why does my Project Performance show incorrect profitability?

If you are seeing an unexpected or different profitability amount on the Projects > Performance screen incorrect, it is is likely due to unbilled time and expenses. To see your actual profitability, you must bill out your time and expenses to the client. You can also refer to the Contract Analysis report, which provides a detailed comparison of project contract amount for services and expenses. Organized by project, the report displays the original contract amount, amount spent and billed, percent complete, and more.
