User wants to allow the employees with Time & Expense subscription to load their credit card account feeds into Core so that they can add their expense transactions.
Core allows you to link employees to your cloud feed accounts (including credit cards) and they do not need the Accounting subscription to access those feeds. They can even add transactions to Core from those feeds. For that, you need to set up the cloud feed accounts for them and then in the Cloud Feeds screen, link the employees to the accounts. Note: If the employees have the Time & Expense security profile assigned, you need to customize their security permissions and give them restricted access to the Cloud Feeds screen. Check the Core Help for more on that.
