User wants to allow the employees with the Time & Expense profile to load their credit card account feeds into CORE so that they can add their expense transactions.
CORE allows you to link employees to your cloud feed accounts (including credit cards), provided they have access to the Time & Expense features. They need to have the right subscription to access those feeds. Please check with your Sales Account Manager to purchase the required subscriptions. They can even add transactions to CORE from those feeds. For that, you need to set up the cloud feed accounts for them and then in the Cloud Feeds screen, link the employees to the accounts.
