Why are QuickBooks time entries syncing with wrong time increments?

If the time entries from QuickBooks Online are syncing to Core with the wrong time increments, this could be because of the Global Settings for time increments in Core. To fix this:

  1. Open the company menu > Settings > Global Settings.
  2. Under Time & Expenses, adjust the setting for 'Smallest time increment for time entry(s)' to the appropriate value. Changing it to '0:01' allows time entries to be synced by the minute, for example.
  3. Save your settings.
