Why are time entries being submitted to the wrong person?

This is a setting found within Employees > General > Rates & Options. Under Auto Approve, change the Submit To to the appropriate person you want the time entries to be submitted to, say the manager of the employee or any specific person. If you have the security permissions, you can also choose the Submit To option while submitting your entries.
