Does CORE track costs after exceeding contract amount?

If time and expense entries are marked as 'non-billable' automatically because they have exceeded the fixed fee contract for a project, does CORE continue to track the overall costs on a project? Does it continue to mark time as billable or non-billable after exceeded the contract amount?

Yes, CORE continues to track the overall costs on a project even after the costs have exceeded the fixed fee. CORE tracks two types of costs: cost to your client (using the Bill Rate and Billable/Non-Billable fields of a time entry) and cost to your company (your internal costs using the Cost Rate fields). Though you can no longer bill your client above the fixed fee, you can continue tracking internal costs to the project for reporting purposes.
