Time & Expense subscribers can't see expenses

An employee with the Time and Expense subscription can only see the screens related to time entries, but not the Expense Entries screen.

This can happen if the employee's security permissions restrict access to the Expense Entries screen. You should change the security settings for that employee so as to allow access to that screen. In particular, you can assign the Time and Expense security profile to the employee in Employees > General > Details or from the Security screen by selecting the employee and clicking on Actions > Assign Profile. This security profile is tailor-made for Time and Expense subscribers. Check the Core Help for details on assigning security profiles.
