User with Accounting package sees time and expenses only

This can happen if you have assigned the Accounting package to a Core user, but not updated the employee's security profile to give access to the Accounting modules subscribed to. You need to assign the proper security profile to the user that is consistent with the subscriptions. This can be done from the Employees > General > Details screen under Security Profile or in the Security screen by clicking Actions > Assign Profile.
