Why don't employee reports show terminated employees?

By default, the reports and screens in Core only show active records. If you want to see other records, you need to use the Status filter. To see terminated employees on an employee report, you should use the Employee Status filter on the Customize Report dialog and select the value Terminated. Check the Core Help for details.
