If you are subscribed to the Core Essentials or Billing package (along with the Manager package), you should be able to enter vendor bills in Core and sync them over to QuickBooks Online. Otherwise, you can enter the bills as expenses in Core and also enter them manually in QuickBooks. Check the Core Help for details on the modules included in each package.
