Adding a project when previous one is completed

User completed a project and now wants to add a related project.

There are many ways to handle this. You can create a new stand-alone project for that, but if you want to link it to the completed project, you can create it as a phase of that project. Else, you can create a new parent project, add the completed project as its phase and then create a new phase on the parent project. Check the Core Help for details.
