Expenses are getting auto-approved

User has expenses logged on a project that are getting automatically approved although that rule is not checked in Global Settings.

The Global Settings rule Auto approve expense entries for projects only affects the newly created projects. For existing projects, you should remove this rule from Projects > Details > Rules & Contacts if you do not want the expenses to be auto-approved. Projects rules and options take precedence over client and global settings. Check the Core Help for details.
