What is the checkmark column in Registers?

The checkmark column in the Registers screen displays the status of reconciliation for bank type accounts. If it shows a blue box, it is not reconciled. If it shows an empty box, it is reconciled, but not cleared. If it shows a check mark, it is reconciled and cleared.
