How to link expense attachments to invoices?

Core allows you to link the expense attachments as well as time entry attachments automatically to the invoices. You can set the rule 'Automatically link expense entry attachments to invoices' in the Projects screen or at the global level for all invoices from the Global Settings > Billing screen.
