'Error Login Required' when attaching documents from Google Drive

Core displays a “Error Login Required” message when users attempt to attach a document from their Google Drive storage'

Due to recent security changes made by Google, some of the Core users are being asked to re-log in. BQE is working with Google to find a solution. In the meantime, the workaround is to copy and paste the link of the document and add it using the Hyperlink option. To do so:

  1. On the Add Documents dialog, go to the Hyperlink tab.
  2. Copy and paste the relevant link from your Google Drive page using Sharing settings > Link to share into the Hyperlink field.
  3. Optionally, enter a Description and click Add.
