If your time and expense entry attachments are not automatically linked to your invoices, these are the two possible options to resolve the issue:
- Go to your company menu > Global Settings > Billing and select the options 'Link Time Entry attachments to invoices' and 'Link Expense Entry attachments to invoices'. Doing this enables the relevant project rules for every new project you create.
- Go to Projects > Actions > Batch Update and select Project Group: All Projects and select the project rules 'Automatically link expense entry attachments to invoices' and 'Automatically link time entry attachments to invoices' as needed. Doing this enables the relevant project rules on existing projects you have.
